The power of speech is neither masculine nor feminine. I believe that emotions and the deliverance method of a speaker will affect the power of the speaker, whether man or woman. However, I do believe women have more difficulty to gain access to power. Because for so long, women have been held back and have been restrained from rising up and gaining the same level of power and responsibility as men.
